Rokko Systems Pte Ltd started its operations in Apr 2004. The company specialises in the design, development and manufacture of automated equipment for the semiconductor "back-end" assembly processes.

Our Products/ Services
Our projects aim to develop a new platform for semiconductor assembly and testing equipment, which benefit our customers with the state-of-art technology, high quality and excellent services. By bringing our thorough knowledge of technologies and market factors to the process, we are able to leverage strong relationships to support our customers maximizing their capital investments. Our products and services include Sawing & Sorting System, 3D Vision Inspection Machine, Punch Type Singulation Systems, INLINE TRIM/form system, Dieset design and fabrication, and conversion kit for Sawing & Sorting System.
